Fake hunger can be suppressed by resisting for just 15 to 30 minutes.
If it's hard to endure, try drinking a glass of water instead of food. If that doesn't help, it is also good to eat less sweet foods such as nuts or tomatoes.
There are also ways to endure hunger by focusing on other activities such as taking a walk or listening to music.
