I tried to increase my daily steps during the afternoon whenever I had a chance.
I couldn't walk in the evening because I was taking the subway to get around.
It's been a while since I took a real ride.
I took 10 minutes at Level 1, 10 minutes at Level 2, and 10 minutes at Level 1.
In the last 10 minutes, I also did 90-degree arm exercises holding dumbbells.
So, I reached 10,000 steps!
