My long-time sleep item, Everground Itherapy eye mask
I am quite sensitive, so I have trouble sleeping at night because I hear sounds or it's not completely dark.
But my room has a large window next to the bed and a back balcony beside it.
The problem is that I can see the streetlight outside the balcony, but it was difficult because I couldn't put up blackout curtains on the dam.
Then I started using an eye mask I purchased, and it was definitely different.
Since I can't see, I also get the illusion that I can't hear. I always woke up in the early morning, then went back to sleep, but it gradually decreased.
Now I really can't sleep without an eye mask, and I carry it everywhere I go.
Sometimes when my eyes feel tired, I use a warm and cold eye mask called Everground Eye Therapy, which can be used as both a hot and cold compress.
Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds and then apply a hot compress.
And I just sleep without wearing a sleep mask.
It seems like it's been over 8 years since I last slept without a pillow.
