My personal sleep item is the Vitagram calf massager.

Now, I tend to sleep deeply once I fall asleep, so I wouldn't notice even if someone carried me away, but in the past, it wasn't easy for me to fall asleep.

The calf stretching and massage recommended by the doctor at that time were very helpful.

Sit with your legs extended and pull your toes toward your body, which stretches the calf muscles and feels refreshing. Relaxing in this way is said to help induce sleep. I find myself yawning immediately after doing this movement.
