My personal sleep item: GomPyo carbon mat

I bought a carbon mat this year.

I tried using a carbon mat for the first time. Unlike an electric blanket, it's definitely lighter. First of all, it's compact, making it easy to store, and since it emits less electromagnetic waves, I feel reassured.

Lying down here really helps me fall asleep easily. Ever since I bought this, I've been sleeping soundly every night. It's so warm that it helps me sleep deeply—my favorite sleep item.
