Walking 10,000 steps and climbing stairs

Daily morning exercise routine, finally after walking 10,000 steps

Climbing the stairs (25 floors) once.

It was difficult at first, but as I kept doing it, I can now climb the stairs easily.

I'll do a bit more and then I need to increase it to twice.
