Anyway, it's easier to secure a dumbbell with a square shape.

 

In fact, consistently doing push-ups and other exercises with dumbbells can help maintain the upper body to some extent.

    아령으로 푸시업은 어떻게 하시는걸까요
    저는 팔힘이 없어서 일단 팔힘을 좀 기르고 싶은데
    아령을 열심히 해야겠네요 ㅋ

    저도 따라해보고싶어요~~ 집에 있는 동그란 그 1.5키로짜리 아령들을 활용하지 못하고있네요;; 팔힘도 없고 팔뚝살은 빼야해서 아령운동 해보고싶은데 노력이 부족하네요 힝;;
