Since I naturally don't build muscle easily even with exercise, doing arm muscle workouts with dumbbells is a must for my physique~ That's why I cherish dumbbells as a workout item for my health and arm muscles!
Above all, the exercise method is very simple and easy!
My exercise method involves standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with both hands, keeping your shoulders and elbows vertical, and repeatedly pulling the dumbbells toward your chest. After that, while still holding the dumbbells, open your arms to shoulder height and then lower them. I think this helps develop arm muscles to some extent. This is a beloved dumbbell exercise routine I plan to do consistently!
