There are various workout items, but the easiest and most versatile one that can be used anywhere seems to be dumbbells.
I have particularly weak arm strength, so I never even considered arm wrestling in my life. Also, when I gain weight, I tend to develop sagging arm fat, so I try to make it a habit to lift dumbbells whenever I have free time, even if I'm doing other work.
For example, when doing something with my right arm, I try to use the spare time to lift dumbbells with my left arm.
I think it's a good item that can be easily used indoors, and since it's not very expensive, it doesn't feel burdensome.
If you increase the intensity of the dumbbell exercises, it really feels like both arms will break from the effort.
