A few years ago, I almost had a serious problem due to a cerebral artery dissection.
At that time, I found out I also had a cerebral aneurysm during an MRI.
Because I use my phone a lot, I have pain in my head, shoulders, and neck.
There is even a herniated disc in the neck.
So, I experience migraines more than twice a month.
Therefore, I make sure to include movements focused on the shoulders and neck.
Choose appropriately between longer and shorter videos.
Starting the day by doing my own home yoga workout.
I'm so glad I can start fresh and refreshed.
Whether to start the day with yoga in the morning or not
It makes a huge difference in that day's condition.
