This is a four-wheel ab slide purchased for abdominal exercises.
I am only investing 10 minutes a day.
I am doing a total of three sets, each consisting of three repetitions of five rounds back and forth.
At first, it was so difficult that even doing one was hard, and I would tremble and be afraid my jaw would break every time I did it, but these days I am so accustomed that I can do three sets in a row without problems.
It's a bit difficult to get back to where I started.
I really feel like my abs are getting stronger, and I think it's because of my core muscles. It feels like my posture is improving and I can tell the difference.
