[My Personal Workout Gear] The Exercise Benefits of Hand Grippers and Indoor Cycling!!!
I would like to introduce the effects and changes that my personal exercise equipment, the grip strength trainer and indoor bicycle, have brought me through this event~

I would like to introduce the changes and effects I experienced through my personal workout gear~~
- 1. The first workout item I want to introduce is a grip strength trainer~
- I go for a 2-3 km walk or exercise every weekday early morning or dawn, and I use a grip strengthener each time I walk to exercise.
- The effects of exercise using a grip strengthener are as follows.
Firstly, the hand grip muscles have developed~
Secondly, since I have been using the grip strengthener for a long time, my wrist strength has also increased~
Third, doing about 500 per hand each day, totaling around 1,000, has also strengthened my wrist muscles~
This hand grip exerciser is easy to carry around, and it's great because you can conveniently exercise while watching TV or listening to music~
2. The second workout item I want to introduce is an indoor bicycle!
After work, I come home and wear clip-in shoes for indoor cycling, put on training clothes, and ride the indoor bike at night.
First, my hips were very painful and difficult at first, but after about a month of riding, my hips no longer hurt, and the muscles in my calves and thighs developed~
Secondly, if you ride diligently for a long time, your abdominal muscles will become stronger. In other words, your core strength will increase~
So, I have also improved in tasks that require back strength.
Third, with the development of lower body muscles, the clicking sound in the knees disappears. Usually, there was a sound coming from the knees when climbing and descending stairs.
This was much better for my knees than walking.
Fourth, after about an hour of riding, sweat pours down like rain, simultaneously releasing waste products and toxins from the body.
I felt that my skin continued to improve after taking a shower!
Fifth, after riding the indoor bicycle, I feel lighter and also feel my mind clearing up.
So, taking a shower after riding actually helps you focus better on other tasks!
Moreover, since it's done indoors, there is no risk of traffic accidents, so I can focus solely on exercise, which is very good~
So, I introduce my own workout items: a grip strength trainer and an indoor bicycle~~~
