My exercise equipment is a treadmill. I run on the treadmill at the gym, not at home. I walk for 10 minutes, then run for 10 minutes, then walk for 10 minutes, then run for 10 minutes, totaling about 40 minutes. After doing this, I sweat a lot. Running is a bit tough, but once I finish, I feel refreshed. Also, by doing this consistently, the chicken skin on my arms has disappeared. I was surprised because the chicken skin was quite severe, but it went away. I plan to keep doing this regularly.
