Hello, these are stretching tools that I purchased and find very useful because I have a bad back. First, using small, lightweight equipment instead of heavy weights reduces the risk of injury and allows me to exercise anywhere. Especially, stretching in the morning and evening feels really refreshing and great. When using the foam roller, rolling on various areas such as the legs, shoulders, neck, and back really helps loosen tight muscles. Also, sitting on the gym ball and maintaining balance during exercises seems to naturally strengthen the core muscles. Additionally, it feels like my muscles are relaxing, which is really wonderful.
