If I had to introduce my own workout gear, this is the one that immediately comes to mind.
This is Jum Seoyul Kim, who has been with us for several years now.
The handle part is quite long and lightweight, making it very easy to use.
I go outside at least three days a week to do jump rope exercises.
I don't do it for a long time to protect my knee health, but doing it moderately definitely makes my body feel refreshed.
I plan to continue doing it from now on. :)
