Using the silicone donut grip strengthener!
Overcoming persistent pain through wrist strength training
Since I frequently use the computer keyboard and mouse, my right hand became weak, and I suffered from symptoms of tunnel syndrome. Even just moving my right hand caused severe pain, to the point where I couldn't move the mouse.
The solution when experiencing pain is not exercise, but to avoid using it until it feels okay. Even after wrist pain disappears, using the mouse again can lead to a vicious cycle where the pain continues.
I used a grip strengthener because I felt the need to strengthen my wrist strength and wrist muscles, and it was very effective. I also benefited a lot from not using my wrists as much as I used to in the past~
[The Need to Develop Grip Strength?]
There is research indicating that if grip strength, or hand strength, is measured, the likelihood of hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, or anemia is lower.
It's not just that only grip strength is important.
Because grip strength reflects the power of the body's muscles.
If overall physical strength is high, there is a high probability that grip strength will also be strong.
In the past, I could strengthen my calf and thigh muscles through walking or stair climbing exercises, but I didn't know how to increase my grip strength.
[Using the Silicone Donut Grip Strengthener]
A few months ago, I started using a donut-shaped grip strengthener to increase my hand grip strength.
Be careful when using a grip strengthener that is too intense to increase hand grip strength, as it can lead to finger joint disorders.
[Advantages of the Silicone Donut Grip Strengthener]
There are many advantages to the silicone donut grip strengthener.
The donut grip strengthener comes in five types (from low strength to high strength). You can try gripping it to find the right level for you and improve your grip strength by squeezing and releasing.
Starting with a low intensity and gradually increasing the strength as your grip becomes stronger is also quite enjoyable.
I use it at a lower intensity because my left hand is weaker.
It is small and lightweight, making it portable, so you can carry it around and exercise by squeezing and releasing it frequently.
You can also exercise your left hand while eating, and even when watching TV or resting, your hand can continue to exercise, making it a very versatile product. It also fits snugly into your pocket, haha.
Since it's silicone, it doesn't make any noise and doesn't cut your hand.
Leg strength includes stair climbing and squats
Leg strength is so important that it is called the second heart. It is said that the blood pumped out by the heart returns to the heart with the help of muscle strength.
Having strong leg muscles helps prevent falls and allows for a healthy lifestyle~
I am climbing stairs when I go out to exercise to strengthen my leg muscles.
At home, perform squats in a way that does not strain your back and knees.
Thigh strength and hip strength are also very important.
'Multi Grip Leg' purchased from Cash Deal
Recently purchased from Cashdeal, the [Multi Grip Leg] allows for very versatile workouts.
It seems weak, but doing repetitive exercises surprisingly requires a lot of strength.
It is very helpful for thigh exercises, Kegel exercises, and arm exercises.
When doing thigh exercises, you can do them during meals, watching TV, or resting, making it perfect for strength training during spare moments.
I am not only working on strengthening my leg and arm muscles like this, but also building wrist strength with a donut grip trainer. Let's keep up the strength training, haha.
