When I exercise, I mainly work out indoors except for walking or running. I tend to do a lot of squats. Since my knees might get worse as I get older, I think I should strengthen my knees starting now. I used to do it without any tools, but I didn't know how much I could bend my knees, and the angles that put strain on my knees were too extreme, so I decided to use a tool for assistance. Using this tool not only engages my lower abdominal core muscles but also puts a lot of effort into my thighs, which seems to be very helpful for lower body workouts.
