To have a healthy day, I walk every day because walking is good. When I go out for exercise, I also bring a jump rope, as jumping rope is good for losing belly fat, so I finish with jumping rope. The way back is enjoyable. I feel a sense of accomplishment, and since it's an exercise I can do alone, I enjoy it in my own way.
