April 10th, morning exercise, walking 7,000 steps while going to vote
There is a 6th-day program called [Nice Walking] on Run Day.
They say they practice walking methods, types, and practical exercises.
Today, I completed the first and second days.
[Day 1]
Step from the heel through the sole to the toes, being mindful of the ankle joint.
Stand upright with your back and waist centered around the abdomen.
Look 15 degrees forward
Walk naturally in proportion to your stride.
Day 2
Walking slowly
- Reduce your stride to observe the surrounding scenery
Walking while being aware of the sensation from the heel, sole, and toes
Walking at a normal pace
Slightly faster than your usual walking speed
Walking at a fast pace
Running at 70-80% of the maximum speed
Broaden your stride a bit more to stimulate your thighs.
Pay attention to breathing and use both the nose and mouth.
There are things I already knew and also things I learned anew, and I found it good.
Theoretical part until the third day, now only walking at the fastest speed remains!
I walked hard!
Please make sure to vote as well~
I haven't finished everything I said I would do later.
This time, I'm also getting certified for foam rollers lol
