[My Personal Workout Items] Moa Class Yoga Mat, Foam Roller, Igojin Dumbbells
My three personal workout items are these. I always use these three for exercising, and they are indispensable when I work out.
The first item is a yoga mat. I don't have much muscle, and I have little fat on my hips and body, so sitting on a hard floor during exercise or sitting down hurts my hips because there's no fat there. Additionally, it can put strain on my joints and make it difficult to maintain proper posture. Also, when the floor is slippery, there's a risk of falling, so I think it's an essential item for safe and effective exercise.
The second one is a foam roller.
If I sit and work all day, my body becomes very uncomfortable, but using a foam roller to loosen my lower back, shoulders, back, thoracic spine, spine, and chest is good for recovering from chronic fatigue and restoring condition. Massaging my thighs and calves also feels so refreshing and great.
The third one is dumbbells. Dumbbells can be used not only at the end of a workout but also easily while watching TV, allowing for light exercise.
I often do arm exercises with a 1-kilogram dumbbell because I have weak muscles in my arms and shoulders and my wrists are fragile. I like pink, so I bought it in pink, and since it is coated, it doesn't have a metallic smell.
You don't have to worry about developing calluses.
I am diligently doing home workouts at home with these three things.
I will exercise. It is an essential necessity for me.
