I ride my own indoor exercise bike.

It's good for my knees, and I need to lose weight, so I ride my bike every day. My weight isn't decreasing easily, which makes me upset, but I try to make an effort. As I get older, it's harder to lose weight because my basal metabolic rate has dropped significantly.I ride my own indoor exercise bike.
