Exercise item

Walking is the key to longevity.

However, when walking on flat ground, the muscles used are limited.

I think it's good to have both flat and uphill/downhill sections.

I wish there were such a course.

If there are no hills in the city, it's good to walk on flat ground and mix in stairs.Exercise item
