I recommend indoor cycling.

At first, I wondered what kind of exercise riding a bicycle would be, but after actually trying it, I was surprised to find that it can be quite effective. Especially when you increase the pedal pressure, it strengthens your thighs and can improve elasticity. You can also see actual weight loss on a real scale.

 

It can be seen that there is a clear effect on dieting as well.I recommend indoor cycling.
