꿀팁이네여 ㅎㅎ 바나나 자주 먹는데 저렇게 해봐야겠어요
I hung a banana and observed it for a week.
I hung the bananas I bought on March 30th on the 31st~
[From the day of the procedure to 3 days afterward]
There is little change in the shell during the first three days.
On the third day, tiny black spots began to appear.
More black spots appeared from the 4th
From the fourth day, black spots become noticeably more numerous.
On the fifth day, the black spot is growing larger day by day.
On the sixth day, there is much more black on the shell.
[Banana plantation, 6th day]
The skin is very dry.
I peeled the black skin, and the banana inside had no bruises and was quite firm~
It was sweet and delicious.
[Benefits of hanging bananas]
The part of the banana placed on the floor tends to become soft where it touches the ground.
If you hang it up, the black dots look similar, but there seems to be almost no fading.
If you buy bananas, hanging them somewhere when they're fresh can help keep them from getting soft and allow for longer storage~ The taste also improves ^^
It is okay at a storage temperature of around 20 degrees.
It seems to soften quickly even if left hanging when the temperature is around 30 degrees like in summer~
