I have been consistently walking 10,000 steps every day.
While searching for a pedometer app, I downloaded one last September and started gradually increasing my daily steps beyond 10,000. Now, I try to walk as close to 20,000 steps as possible. The app only counts outdoor walking. I enjoy walking every day, earning rewards, and feeling good about it.
