I heard that strength training becomes more necessary as you age. My husband also suddenly lost thigh muscle, which made me realize it. Women are actually advised to do muscle exercises, so I am also diligently working out with dumbbells. They say that having more muscle helps prevent weight gain, so even though my husband eats more, I tend to gain more weight.ㅠㅠ It seems that my husband doesn't gain as much because he has more muscle. The weather is nice, so I should work harder on building muscle. To eat delicious food, of course~
