Because of my back pain, I use bamboo for posture correction. If I follow the photos, my upper body straightens and my lower abdomen automatically engages. Doing this at home for a few minutes, initially my arms hurt and it was difficult, but as I kept doing it, I think my posture improved, so I do it frequently. I adapted exercises from YouTube, and they seem to be perfect for me.
