[My Personal Workout Gear] Use Apple Watch Fitness for Exercise & Health Management

 

It's been about five years since I started using the Apple Watch.

I used to use the Xiaomi Mi Band before, and it tracks my step count.

It is easy to know when a call is coming in by connecting to a smartphone.

It has a simple function, but I was satisfied using it.

 

However, since receiving the Apple Watch as a gift, my lifestyle has changed significantly. It tracks detailed physical information such as heart rate, daily activity, exercise amount, and energy expenditure, allowing me to understand my pure exercise level within my overall movement.

 

You can also control your heart rate while walking.

You can see the effects of exercise if you maintain it around 120-140.

Checking moment by moment during exercise.

It's good because I can also manage the qualitative aspects.

I recommend this for those who, like me, enjoy working out alone.
