I think I probably walked with dumbbells for about 30 minutes.
The original goal was to walk 10,000 steps.
It was about holding dumbbells and a cellphone while riding an indoor cycle.
I had a feeling.
Running, stairs, and even live-action filming
I have a feeling that my lower body will rebel tomorrow lol
So I changed to walking slowly while holding dumbbells.
I mainly focused on walking in place.
