I finally did my first 30-minute run on Run Day in a long time.

I tried multiple times but

I haven't completed 8 weeks and 24 days yet.

I am planning to aim for three times a week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Don't cause any injuries to your leg.

I used to do it every day, but I couldn't finish it in the end.

This time, I am determined to strictly follow the three times a week schedule.

It's only the first day, so it's manageable to run.

I did one session of stair climbing that I couldn't do in the morning!

It's actually better to bundle the 16th floor as one set.
