If I haven't exercised in the morning, I can only walk about 3,500 steps.

I used a foam roller in the morning!

There was no problem until the morning stair exercise.

It seems I didn't loosen up properly when I walked in the evening.

 

My goal for this year is

You have the stamina to walk a full ten thousand steps at once.

I will do my best.
