My personal workout item: Push-up bar (Daiso)This is a Daiso push-up bar that I bought to warm up when I started exercising at home. Before starting my workout, I do about ten push-ups in two or three sets as a warm-up, then begin my full workout. It feels like my whole body is loosening up, so I recommend using the push-up bar for warm-up exercises.
