Of course, for hiking, it's a must to wear a knee brace! Haha.

 

Do you know that?

If your weight increases by 1kg...

The load on the knee increases by four timesㅠ

Especially, the knee, which functions like a hinge!

Because it is affected by gravity...

On downhill slopes, the force applied can be 5 to 7 times your body weight.

It's incredible;;;;;

So, stair climbing exercise is really, really recommended...

You always tell me to take the elevator when coming down, haha.

 

It's easy for me to gain weight, but I have become a middle-aged person with no news of losing it... I do have some weight, though...

Due to a herniated disc in my lower back.

This... when it doesn't hurt, I don't do it...

When you're sick... it's not just your back that hurts...

Sometimes I experience pain in my knee...

Sometimes, like plantar fasciitis, in the hollow area of the sole of the foot...

Sometimes, I experience tears from the pain caused by pelvic pain.

They spin around so wildlyㅠ

But after a few days, everything seems to be fine as if nothing happened.

 

So I always pay attention to the signals my body sends. When I get a strange feeling, wearing a custom brace beforehand really helps prevent problems.

If you look at the top photo, there are three wide straps on the right side...

When worn, it firmly supports above and below the kneecap, providing stable fit without numbness.

And if you look inside the brace, there are two long supports that are flexible and provide good support as the leg and knee move.

Also.. a special rubber band is attached in the middle..

I'm glad it doesn't flow down well.

 

Even when just walking a normal number of steps...

I occasionally experience slight pain in my ankles or knees depending on my condition, but I always wear my protective brace properly during those times.

Also... even when I'm not sick and feeling good.

Even for a casual hike in the neighborhood, it's definitely essential, haha.

It's just... because I'm not very capable... I do it for myself, haha.

If I don't take care of my own body...

Who will take care of meㅠㅠ

When I'm hospitalized, I really sigh a lot;;;;;

 

I think it's a good value because it's not a very expensive item.

 

Let's take care of ourselves when our bodies send signals!!! Haha

    몸무게때문인가봐요 ㅠㅠ 저도 보호대 사야하나..

    오를 때보다 내려올 때 필스템이군요.  
    무릎보호대 런닝할 때 쓰려고 산 게 있는데 딱딱해서 잘 안 쓰게 되던데 이건 좋아보이네요.
