I have a slim build, standing at around 182cm tall and weighing about 70kg. However, I started gaining belly fat after turning 60, and now it is quite prominent. I exercise a lot, especially cardio; on weekends, I even work out for over four hours, so why does my belly keep getting bigger? My wife even teases me, calling it a total potbelly. They say belly fat comes with age, but having it on a slim frame doesn't look very good. How can I lose this belly fat? Please let me know.
