Full-body cardio workout at home!

I was tired after doing Pilates today, but since I heard it's good to do cardio afterward, I did some cardio while watching a video on YouTube. The movements weren't difficult and were easy to follow, so the 30 minutes flew by. I was drenched in sweat afterwards, so it felt like the workout really paid off. I think it's even better because I can do strength training along with the cardio. I'm going to keep doing cardio at home without resting this weekend!
