Lately, I have been consistently walking 10,000 steps a day and climbing stairs. My legs tend to get stiff after exercising, so there is a home care routine I always follow at this time: the '15-minute L-shaped leg stretch' and foot baths.

 

Soaking my feet in warm water feels like the day's fatigue is melting away. If I add a light stroke to my calf muscles with my fingers, my legs feel incredibly light the next morning!

Rest is just as important as exercise, so make sure to relieve your leg fatigue tonight.
