Short strength training

 

I had an early morning appointment this morning, so I was busy, but I did a quick strength training session. There's a YouTube channel called "Bbangneura," and it's easy to follow. It only takes 10 minutes, so it's even less stressful. I'll have to try it consistently on weekday mornings, too. I highly recommend it to anyone who works out at home. ^^

    근력운동은 짧게 해도 운동하고 난 후에도 지속적으로 운동할때처럼 에너지가 상승되서 좋지용^^
