Lately, I've been having a headache thinking about work. Sometimes, I can't sleep when I think about the retirement age that's just around the corner.
I've been working at this company for 35 years, and now I'm stressed out, wondering if I'll be able to live comfortably after retirement, thinking about how little time I have left.
My wife, who knows my stress well, recommended meditation to me. She said that meditation helps relieve stress, so I'm thinking of giving it a try. I'd like to know how effective it is and how to do it. I'd appreciate your input.
