저도이것이 엄청 궁금했네요 젊은사람들은 많이 올라다녀도 괜찮을것같는데 중년 장년노년 궁금하네요 전에어떤분이올리신 글을보니23층을 세번이나 올라가셨다고하던데 너무무리하지않나 하는생각이들었네요

Strength training is known as exercise that increases muscle strength and size by applying resistance to the muscles. I've been doing a lot of barbell and bench press exercises at the gym.
However, due to time constraints, I can't do it much. Looking at this community, it seems like a lot of people do strength training by climbing stairs. So, how many floors do I need to climb to get an adequate strength training? I'd like to know that.
