Question) How many nutritional supplements should I take at a time?
It's something I've always thought about and pondered. We all take nutritional supplements to fill in the gaps in our bodies. But there are so many different types of nutritional supplements that it's often difficult to choose.
So, I take red ginseng and a multivitamin on an empty stomach in the morning. I don't eat anything else, just these two. After lunch, I take milk thistle and a cartilage supplement.
I only take these two supplements after lunch, but I've seen other people take four or five at once. So, I'd like to know how many types of supplements I can take at once. Also, if you have any supplements you'd like to recommend, please let me know. I'd appreciate your valuable advice.
