I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed by the weight gain since the Lunar New Year holidays. So, I rode an indoor bike on an empty stomach. I did intervals and was sweating profusely, which felt refreshing. I'm glad the exercise is effective. I need to keep doing cardio on an empty stomach to get my weight back.
