I have difficulty walking for long periods of time these days, perhaps because my legs are weak and my bones are weak.
Because it was winter, I spent a lot of time indoors. I didn't exercise much, just took light walks indoors.
What indoor exercises are good for strengthening bones?
It would be easier to follow along if you could do exercises with your bare hands or using a chair or wall.
I'm curious if you've found any exercises that have been effective.
