전 카페인에 예민해서 홍삼 먹으면 불면으로 부작용 있어서 못먹는데 효과만 좋고 체질에 맞으면 꾸준히 드시면 좋지요. 홍삼의 올바른 복용 시간은 아침 또는 오전에 복용하는것이 좋습니다. 취침전에는 불면 유발로 피하는것이 좋구요. 공복 섭취가 좋지만 소화 불량감 있다면 식후도 상관없어요.
