I'm saying this is a second installment because it's getting long. Anyway, following up on yesterday's post, I completed my 10,000-step walk today, and since I just went to the gym, I filled it with a last-minute sprint run. Another person who commented on yesterday's post also requested this.
There probably won't be a third installment, and I just got back from there, so please understand that this post is late. Haha
