A day of exercise at Sangam Cultural Park even in minus 10 degrees Celsius
Today, the temperature dropped to -10 degrees Celsius, but I didn't give up on my workout and went to Sangam Culture Park. The cold weather made me feel stiff at first, but after a thorough warm-up, the refreshing air actually lifted my spirits. My breathing felt colder than usual, and my heart seemed to beat faster, but the workout was equally effective.
There were a few people in the park who, like me, came out to exercise despite the cold weather. Just a glance at each other created a strange sense of kinship. Staying at home in the cold weather can weigh heavily on my body and mind, but coming out and sweating like this actually energized me and made my day feel more refreshing.
It was a day that made me realize once again that the habit of exercising consistently even in cold weather is the greatest strength in maintaining health.
