When I took an InBody test, it said that my upper body muscle mass was significantly lacking compared to my lower body.
Compared to the lower body, which we naturally exercise a lot in our daily lives, such as walking and climbing stairs, we don't exercise the upper body much.
As per the InBody test results, my arms look flabby and lack muscle mass, and I feel like my arms lack strength.
Is there an effective way for a fitness beginner to build upper body muscle?
