I love coffee lattes and drink more than one a day. However, when I looked at the nutritional information on the back of the product, I noticed that it had higher saturated fat content than I expected.
As you can see in the picture, each stick contains 4.0g of saturated fat, which is a whopping 27% of the daily nutritional value.
I have high cholesterol and need to manage it, but I'm worried about whether it's okay to drink a latte with such a high saturated fat content every day.
