InBody Muscle Mass Loss: Can We Trust It?

I do an InBody test every month.

My muscle mass has decreased this month compared to last month.

We weigh similarly and exercise similarly.

 

If I drink less water or have slightly different conditions before the measurement, will that affect my muscle mass?

What conditions should be met to most accurately measure muscle mass changes during InBody measurements?

My current goal is to regain muscle mass and build strength. Any tips or methods for building muscle, such as when to consume protein, would be greatly appreciated.

    인바디 근육량 감소 원인중에 수분 부족이 은근 많이 차지하더라구요 물 충분히 마시지 않으면 일시적으로 근육량 감소한것 처럼 보일수 있으니 하루 2리터 이상 수분섭취하고 인바디 측정 전에도 충분히 많이 드세요
