My left eye has frequent burst blood vessels. Is this related to fatigue?

​I often feel tired in my eyes and they feel sticky and foreign.

Lately, occasionally, only the blood vessels in my left eye burst.

I didn't rub my eyes too hard or strain them, but I'm worried because they're like that.
Could this symptom be simply due to fatigue or lack of sleep? Or could it be due to high intraocular pressure or another eye problem? I'm also curious why the blood vessels in my left eye burst, while my right eye is fine.
