I take collagen every day for my skin health.
The collagen content of the product I am currently taking is 1700mg per pack, and I take one pack a day in the evening.
They say the recommended daily intake of collagen is 1000-3000mg. So, can I take two of these a day?
When taking collagen, are there any nutrients that should be taken together to increase absorption, or times of day that should be avoided?
I've heard that taking it can cause stomach problems. I'm wondering if there are any other things I should be careful about.
